Rooted In Community - Akhtar Shah
There is an epidemic of individualism and no-one is immune. So how do we passionately follow Jesus and His calling to build the Church community and impact our local communities? What does being rooted in Christ look like for our communities?
Rooted in Identity - Andrew Bunt
You don’t have to look far to see that there is a crisis of identity in modern society. Busyness, consumerism, loneliness and social media addiction are just some of the symptoms we could point to. In this context, how do we find out what Christian identity is and how can this help us to live radically different lives?
Rooted In Ethics - Jon Le Tocq
How do we learn from God’s word written over 2000 years ago and apply principles in today’s ever changing culture? The only thing seen as unforgivable in an all tolerant society is intolerance. So how does the believer walk the Ethics tightrope?
Rooted In Relationships - Sam & Claire Akrasi
It is expected that 42% of marriages will end in divorce. Whilst divorce rates have dropped in the last years this is only due to the increasing numbers of co-habiting couples. This gives a harsh picture for relationships in our culture. Other relationships are also affected, broken friendship, parent child estrangement, the list goes on. How do 21st century believers make a stand, rooting themselves against the tide of relational turmoil?
We have limited spaces available at some basic accommodation for £45 per person for both nights.
