Campers can arrive on site from midday on Friday 23rd August and house guests from 4pm (tbc). The first meeting will be at 7pm. The last meeting ends at 12pm on the Monday and everyone has to be off site by 3pm.
We offer three categories of bedroom at Ashburnham. BRONZE rooms share a bathroom between up to seven other rooms. These rooms are available as single, bunk, twin, triple and family (max four); SILVER rooms share a bathroom between two bedrooms and are available as twin or triple; and GOLD rooms are all ensuite and are available as twin, double, triple and family (max four).
Yes, you can. You can choose either a two or three month payment plan. On booking you will be asked to pay the first instalment. You will receive an email reminder just before the each payment is due (remember to check your junk mailbox).
If your church is offering a discount, you will be able to apply for it during the booking process. Once you’ve registered and selected your tickets and accommodation, you will be able to click ‘request discount’. You can then log out of your booking account. Your church will be notified and will pay New Ground the discounted amount and you will receive an email from the events team telling you when this has been done. You can then log back into your account and either opt into a payment plan or pay the balance. If you can’t see a ‘request discount’ button it is because your church is not offering one. Speak to your Church Coordinator if you’re unsure.
No. You can either pay with a PayPal account or with a debit/credit card. Depending on which internet browser you use, the PayPal option may seem more prominent but there’s always an option to pay with a card.
Nope! We will have a master list at the gate; email confirmations are absolutely unnecessary.

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, you can do so by logging into your account. If you cancel your order, New Ground will be notified by email and will be in touch about a refund.

Orders cancelled on or before 24 July 2019 will receive a full refund.

New Ground Churches relies on registration fees from delegates who book to maintain and sustain its events programme. Last minute cancellations and refunds can have a significant impact where we are already committed to an event and the associated expenditure. We therefore operate the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.
When you add a child (3-18) ticket to your order, you will be asked then for all the relevant information that will be passed on to their group leader (eg, important medical information and history etc). This means that child registration and booking is now one process.
