You could camp with your church, but please tell us that you need to be near a path when you book.

Alternatively, we will have a designated area on the South Lawn, which is near to the main marquees and near a road. You can choose to camp here but it won’t be with your church group.

Is the house accessible?

There are a few accessible rooms on site, with wet rooms/accessible bathrooms either ensuite or nearby.

I’m staying in the house but can’t use stairs, what do I do?

Please tell us when you book, in the question about additional needs, if you cannot use stairs and need a ground floor bedroom.

Will there be a hearing loop in the main meeting?

Yes

Are large print materials available?

We are currently unaware of the need for large print materials, but do please speak to your Church Coordinator if this is something that’s a problem for you and we will work towards a solution where possible.

Can I bring my assistance dog?

Yes, but you must tell us when you book, in the question about additional needs, and please inform your church coordinator in advance of the event.

Are there accessible toilets on site?

Yes, there will be accessible toilet cubicles sited next to other toilets in both the south and north areas. There is also an accessible toilet behind The Orangery tea room.

Will there be designated disabled parking?

Yes, there are a number of parking spaces outside Reception, opposite Tent Hill House. We will also make some parking spaces available in the North Lawn car park. Please tell us when you book so that we have an idea of numbers.
