I use a wheelchair, where could I camp?

You can camp with your church. Camping areas will be located alongside the showground roads, providing easier access for wheelchair users.

Will there be a hearing loop in the main meeting?

Yes

Can I bring my assistance dog?

Yes, but you must tell us when you book, in the question about Additional Needs. Please also inform your church coordinator in advance of the event.

Are there accessible toilets on site?

Yes, there are a number of existing accessible toilet facilities on site and we will be supplementing with others.

Will there be designated accessible parking?

Yes, there will be designated spaces available. Please tell us when you book so that we have an idea of numbers required.

Are large print materials available?

We are currently unaware of the need for large print materials, but do please speak to your Church Coordinator if this is something that’s a problem for you and we will work towards a solution where possible.
